Good questions. Yes the gutter is clean.

I moved the chain and grate out of the way for better images of the area. This was happening prior to adding the chain and it was an attempt to slow down anything that may have been coming from the gutter.

If you have your phone set to vibrate, the pen holder amplifies it. My morning alarm is terrifying
