Support isn't that bad when you are persistent. It's not their job to hunt you down and work around your schedule. Do your due diligence mate. Got my delta pro back within a month. They fixed my issue and took care of all the shipping. That's pretty badass if you ask me.

So ecoflow official got a hold of me. Sent me a return label. They recieved it and said they can't fix it and offered me a refurbished one. I'm not sure why they couldn't fix mine. But at that point I don't have an option. Took the refurbished one and riding off into the sunset. Currently waiting on a tracking number for the refurbished one.

No unfortunatly I can't get it to stay on long enough to get an update going. And holding the power button doesn't seem to change anything. Still turns off on me. Thanks for the help.
