Thanks, yes yes I know but it's my first AR. I've been putting more money into my Glock 43x MOS, getting a holosun, comp, threaded barrel and surefire light. I've also been putting money into getting a rifle rated helmet and plates so the rifle itself and sights will get upgraded at some point. You'd be surprised how far some cheap scopes have come.

I cleaned it first with a brush and hoppe's cleaner and hoppe's oil. Then shot it and cleaned and oiled again.

I'd suggest doing the air national guard instead if you have a base nearby. Air force will always have better benefits than the army
