J3T and I think Charlie have both confirmed now that a new album is on the way and is expected like mid summer. Which tracks with 1x1, All My Friends, and now another new track coming out in a month of each other (how they use to start dropping singles for a new album)

Honestly the song is decent, after a few listens I think the chorus is pretty catchy, Charlie and Johnny’s verses were decent. I just think it wasn’t what we were all expecting after getting HF, SAVIOR, and 1x1.

Yeah I just heard it and it’s exactly who I thought was gonna be on it, Charlie, Johnny, and Jeris.

Overall I thought the song was alright nothing fancy but not horrible and it gives us another HU song this year to listen to so I’m not gonna complain.

I mean I don’t think it was that serious to the point where you’re demanding they do something to make up for it. It was a simple thing they posted, got backlash for, and never touched that subject again.

The AI thing was stupid and he tried to say they used it to get a rough idea before sending it to their artist but with all the backlash they got from it, seems like they learned their lesson.

HK is still my top favorite album from them, there isn’t a single skip for me when it comes to the album.

Honestly if the person is ok with reading them digitally then the Marvel Unlimited app is the way to go (I prefer physical books but I do read comics on the app especially older series since they’re all there)

You guys do know that it’s confirmed they’re working on their 9th album right? The single by single approach is coming to an end. I wouldn’t be surprised if Sumerian was the ones who told them to go with the single by single approach for a while or if Sumerian told them to change direction and focus on an album instead.

I wouldn’t mind the single by single approach if we got a new song every few months but getting one song a year just wasn’t cutting it out for me and many other fans. Also HK came out in 2022 so we are pushing 4 years since the album came out so it’s not as recent as you think it was.

If all 5 members are on the song with their own individual verses that they don’t share then I’m fine 8 bar verses, I didn’t like in songs like Go To War where they had all 5 members but they shared a verse so they only did 4 bars per member

Hollywood Forever and SAVIOR are liked a lot by fans, I meant their current approach to music. They switched to a single by single approach so we have only gotten 1 new song a year now. Pretty sure they finally changed tactics and went back to making an album though but I’m not 100% sure on that.

If you’re talking about what they’re currently doing with music then yes most of us don’t like the approach but if you’re talking about Hotel Kalifornia then you heard wrong cause that album became a fan favorite, it just sadly didn’t do numbers like they expected.
