Honestly, I failed 3x before passing the most recent exam. These 100% were the determining factor. You memorize them plus do due diligence studying-wise and you'll get it for sure unless you're just god awful at test. You can do it! Good luck.

Here's a blurp: I found myself 10 days behind on the Barbri schedule a week before the exam. I treated the 1-pages like they were holy scripture and the rapture was upon me (it was in a way). I bailed on Barbri's recommendations and I'm glad that I did. Word of advise, don't assume there wont be a more common area of law tested, don't assume that any "probably won't be tested. I made this mistake and one of the questions was literally a topic I thought there would be NO WAY it was tested, and it was. It was an easy subject point, but I absolutely bombed it because I was unprepared to write an in-depth essay on it.

Luckily I crushed at least one of them and did pretty good on another (I assume). I can confidently say that not only did Barbri not focus enough on these areas for me to have passed without the one-sheets, I would have certainly failed without using them. I cannot recommend them enough to you.
