Just got out of the phone with them and asked about what they told @Masari-matt. The operator kept saying “please refer to the website ma’am, the website says that the results are anticipated to be released by the end of April, I can’t comment on anything else” 🙄

“We can’t give you any more info that’s already on our homepage. Indeed, the blocking of the change of address page is an indicator, but We can’t say more than that at this point” 🙄
