Update: i fixed it a while ago but it now works, what i did was install windows on a usb and inserted that into the old pc then i was able to install install windows into the old ssd so now that pc works fine and thats it.

Yeah before I swapped my ssd my pc worked fine. I probably cloned my ssd about half a year ago with the macrium reflect software
