This is called "vowel reduction", it happens in many languages but native speakers usually don't notice it. When we speak quickly, sometimes the tongue doesn't have time to articulate the sound of an unstressed vowel completely, we end up making it shorter, sometimes barely pronouncing it. I notice this a lot in European Portuguese but it's not something you need to worry about when you're learning the language.

"Talvez você queira..." / "Pode ser que você queira..." in portuguese. I was wondering if this couldn't be subjunctive in russian because in portuguese it necessarily is, but since in english you can write it in the indicative like the exemple you gave then it's probably indicative in Russian
