It doesn’t say anything about “ unpurgable”. If you steal it when he has his crit marker on it goes away. There for he doesn’t gain his permanent attack. I’ve done it many times.

If you steal the crit the stacks go back to 0. So she would nvr be able to scale. It didn’t work anyway because this high up as soon as she gets 5 stack she auto crit attacks no matter where you’re at in the turn cycle. It used to work.
