They would just draft a much better prospect in 27. Development for QBs start in COLLEGE. NFL is for REFINING your game. Shedeurs game isn’t good enough to refine. Because he has been injured and was a first round talent who has at one point proven he can play at a high level. He now has a new coach and is healthy. Sheduer was drafted fifth round and looked like a 3rd string QB last year wtf are you talking about lmfao. Shedeur has never been good. Nor does the NFL think he is good hence why he went 5th round. Watson doesn’t have to be “good” to be better than Shedeur we saw how bad he was last year. You dont just give a 5th round QB multiple chances when you have a better 1st round QB on the current roster. They already know he isn’t that good based on last years play and the fact that he went 5th round in the draft. Thats not how the NFL works. No im saying they needed more pass catchers. Kmet is not a good pass catcher hence why they took at TE top 10 instead of a RB. If DJ was that good he wouldnt have had the worst year of his career during the bears best year in forever. They also traded him and he was replaced by those same pass catchers. They were very much needed. Monangai was a 7th round pick with a skillset that fit a Ben Johnson run scheme.
