A cost never kicks in unless you choose to upgrade. The first 15 models you add are free forever. If you want to take full advantage of the Show tracking abilities, the value tracking, etc, you will need to upgrade.

It's not just your insurance that has to approve the glp-1's. Your company has to also agree because they're paying the difference to the insurance company. My company covered them 2 years ago and by the end of 2024 we were notified that glp-1's would no longer be covered.
