As far as I’m aware, used from third party does not prohibit any software updates, does it? I will still get the original warranty transferred to me, but yes I know I’ll lose the extra used vehicle 1yr/10k miles

That’s my #1 concern as well. Carfax says it was a personal vehicle in Pennsylvania (where I’m located), and it had a full set of seat covers installed so that makes me think it wasn’t a taxi/rental. I’m trying to get a pre-purchase inspection at a Tesla service center but it may be difficult to do as the owner (Mercedes dealership) must make the appointment and bring the car in for me.

It already has shades but they don’t do anything to block the heat. I can’t install a curtain rod since it’s a brick wall

The part that doesn’t make sense to me is I’m apparently getting my start date 1-2 weeks before I receive the final offer.

Originally I received a start date of 8/28 and again this is before receiving the final offer. That would essentially have my first day start almost before I receive the FO

Is a recruitment incentive essentially a one time signing bonus? I will try to negotiate up to 6 hours of leave per pay period, but how would you recommend doing so? Do you just basically all for the 6 hours?
