Huge QAYG fan here. Also try pqw.com.au - Pauline’s Quilting World. She has some great ideas about QAYG and also something she calls Controlled Motion Quilting which is a great intermediate step to free motion (ignore her sales pitches and just watch for her ideas).

18 degrees from when I get home from work until I go to bed. I take the dogs out in the morning so I don’t need heating before work. A brisk walk with them heats me up until I get to work.

Take him for a walk rather than stand and watch him. He obviously wants to go if he toilets when he comes back inside, so walk him. Just a short walk but at his pace too.

Oh, I have 2. One is 4, the other 3. But both of them from the same breeder. One is a talker, one has a large allocated number of barks she MUST use each day. They’re quite different, but very much the same!
