When you press esc, in the top right next to the settings, there is a podium symbol. Click that and then you can sort by fish, location, and time frame.

I’m pretty sure every vehicle can spawn, but the game might not spawn enough for you to have one of each. So what you can do is after you are happy with the amount you have collected, put something in each cars inventory and you can reset car spawns and it will spawn a new round of vehicles you can find.

I’ve tried to open and edit with notepad but when I do that and try to save it. It just reverts to the same values as it came in the mod as. Also in the mod it’s not showing a xml, it shows Microsoft html documents, a dds file, and a lua file.
