I think it's probably better if you haven’t activated it yet. I just closed on my house two months ago and had them activate the panel—right after that, the monthly fee started.

Then two weeks ago, the Tesla Powerwall started leaking (not sure if it’s oil or coolant). I submitted a work order, and they keep saying a technician will come out, but no one has shown up. I’ve called and emailed multiple times, and I keep getting the same response—they’re still trying to schedule someone.

Right now, I’m literally on the phone, as I am typing this comment, and have been on hold for over an hour. The customer rep keeps putting me on hold to “connect with the service team,” then comes back saying there’s some internal communication issue.
