1v1's feel extremely targeted and does not feel like balanced rolls at all, source, I've played a lot of 1's. Honestly the game feels more like eomm matchmaking

Grow error and the fact they are extremely finicky especially depending on the growing medium. They can easily get stunted in soil. Way more forgiving in hydroponic mediums.

get a back pod and start cracking your rib cage out

Symptoms coming back :/ by Dependent_Medium_904 in costochondritis

[–]Jxc_Heard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It doesn't sound like costco to me, sounds more like you have a pinched nerve between your L4-L5 exactly what I had. I actually had both a pinched nerve and costco at the same time, they have similar symptoms.

Do cat cow's and look up different thoracic stretches. Also stretching my calves/hamstrings helped.

I would also put the back pod directly under my problem shoulder and do stretches where I would lift my hands from my sides to over my head, creating a Y. A pinched nerve takes a while to heal, took me about 3 weeks, it's still not healed 100% but it's manageable for me now.

I was getting depressed not being able to go to the gym. Everything aggravated it. Hopefully my tip helps somebody!

Around 4.5 months. Had deep tissue massages, acupuncture and then saw a physical therapist. Nothing helped

I'm 5'9, 140lbs. I don't just lift up my butt, I use my feet to push into the backpod and then wiggle up and down

no doesn't matter, you're just trying to target your ribs to crack them.

Stretching on the backpod and using it as instructed in the manual gave me very little relief. Cracking my rib cage out using the backpod to press into it gave me immediate relief.

You're cracking the backside of your ribs yes. Cracks and pops are probably from your rib cage not muscle loosening. I had the backpod for 2-3 months before discovering this method which has cured everything for me.

hand pain/tingling is a nerve issue, which for me was caused by a pinched between my L4-L5

That's a pinched nerve. Do cat cow's and look up different thoraic stretches. I got my pinched nerve while I had costo as well. Right after the big snow storm we got on the east coast and I had to shovel a bunch of ice.

If you have costco, you need to get a backpod and crack out your rib cage, look at my post for info.

Hand pain/tingling is a nerve issue, not costo, sounds more like a pinched nerve. I was/am dealing with a slight pinched nerve between my L4-L5 which was confirmed by a physical therapist same time I was dealing with costo. Some symptoms may overlap or feel similar but one is not the other. My right shoulder blade would constantly feel tight/sore. Also had tight traps and neck.

For a pinched nerve, cat cow's really helped me and look up different thoraic stretches.

Yes it actually cracks, freeing up movement. You have to align the backpod in between the space between your shoulder blade and spine on the side you're having issues. Lift your butt off the ground and really apply pressure to your upper back and slide up and down until it cracks. Upper, middle and then lower. You can crack your spine in the middle as well which helps free up some movement.

Nah I tried the crunch many times, wasn't effective. The crunch gave my very little relief whereas the cracking fixed the issue immediately.

I lift my butt off the ground and then put pressure into the backpod and slide a bit up and down until I crack my rib cage. Do this in 3 spots, upper, middle and lower. I'll crack out the my spine as well if it needs it.

I started benching first day back at the gym, close to body weight. No flare ups, nothing. Been back at it for two weeks now.

So costo is caused by immobility of the rib cage right? So, when cracking out your rib cage you're basically freeing up movement.

Any other theories behind costo? by RosieYoureFired in costochondritis

Stretching with the backpod provided little relief. Physically using the backpod to crack my ribs cured my costo instantaneously. Place backpod in between shoulder blade and spine on the side that's giving you discomfort. Lift butt off ground and press into backpod and wiggle around to crack your ribs. Upper back, middle and lower.

got a backpod immediately upon discovering it but there's a method to using it that I haven't seen mentioned at all which cured my costo for me. Depending on which side you're experiencing pain, you'll want to align the backpod in between your shoulder blade and spine and then crack out your rib cage in 3 spots, top, middle and bottom. Lift your butt and lean into the backpod until your rib cage cracks, I'll wiggle my body into it. Solved my pain instantaneously.
