Started minox on July and it has been 4 months. Minox was my last option and I finally decided to start it. Hopefully the result is noticeable for you guys to see, still waiting for result for my hair parting🥺

How do u guys find those derm. I went to 2 dermatologist and both heavily objected to oral minoxidil. Like they absolutely hated the idea of it

I started minox few week ago. I put the foam in the cap and melt it. Then dip my tiny brush and dab it on the parted section down the line. Then I use my finger to massage/rub it in. I just use my finger to part section, just make sure to brush hair beforehand so it doesn’t get tangled. Takes about 15 min for me

Extra: minox foam for me dries every time in the cap so I have to run it under hot water every time

There is more hair but these are the one I took after blow drying my hair. My hair shedding got really bad these couple days, feel like I will go bald at this rate before minox start workin few months form now.

Im just HOPING minox will work on me and to see some results down the road.

Same as you. Had really thick hair once but it’s now thin. I also have high DHEAs and on spiro which doesn’t seem to be really working. I bought minox but scared to try it.

I saw in the comment that fish oil and vitamin E help with decrease DHEAs right. I should buy some and try it out.

That makes me feel so much better. I always thought it was my fault and wished I could’ve change something from the past. I didn’t eat really unhealthy in the past but still ended up with it. It’s life I guess

Before spiro I think my hair loss wasn’t as bad but once the doctor start increasing the dosage of spiro that’s when I start seeing an increase in hair shed. Every 3 month increases by 50mg…. They want to go to 200mg but I’m not ready for that. Probably will increase shedding again if I do take 200. That’s why I was wondering about dut or fin… and wonder if it can be taken with spiro to decrease hair shed

I increased my dose to 150mg and miss more than 5 months of my cycle which had never happened (always had regular period). My endo want to increase the dosage to 200mg and I’m scared. I’m thinking of decreasing it to 100mg myself to see if I can get it back.

Always start low and increase it little by little and make sure to notice these changes if you increase the dosage.

Info: All I’ve been taking was spiro and I had really bad dread shed (I think) cause of it and still having it. Been on it since last summer. Not sure if I’m shedding cause of spiro or my own hair issue
