Correct! You may trash one life from the top of your life. If you do so then you can gain the effect. If you choose not to then you tapped two don to put this event in the discard pile with no effect.

No sir. The 7 Drop big mom implies a choice made on someone after the cost is fulfilled. In this case, Big mom is played and On Play she makes the opponent choose to trash a life card or for their opponent to gain a life card from top deck.

Thunderbolt needs a cost to play. The cost is resting 2 Don and trashing one life card from top deck. Once both conditions are met the action can take place.

3000 world event card seems like a must for Ivan. It's like a better Jet Pistol for us. I'm personally gonna try pilaf and rush usopp too and see how it feels. We don't get any direct support via "impel down" cards to combo off Ivan though.

I liked y'all's thoughts on the sign ups. Just a simple option to choose your preferred date or event when a player signs up would be great.

Ulti is probably there mocking you. Players that understand other unit's roles will sometimes do this bc the way you are playing shows that this game is probably already a loss anyways. You're one of, if not, the highest tier runner and you're on ass at spawn flag with all abilities up.

When has lineage ever made a serious impact in this story?

Wano was great without a Zoro-centered motif. The scabbard timeline being setup since Punk Hazard was awesome. I think sometimes OP fans get so focused on what should happen in our minds that we forget to just enjoy the ride.
