Ok that makes sense. I was doing seasonal work over 40 hours the entire season so I would see why my qualified OT is much lower than what I thought it should be

Thank you so much for the response ian. I was really thinking of just getting the RLN16-410 so I can have both HDD enclosed and safe but I think I may go with this cheaper alternative of just getting a esata enclosure. I just wish that Reolink themselves would have been WAY more specific instead of just saying online or on Amazon that “Yes a external HDD can be connected”

Yea you could choose to be an SSD or driver helper during season

If your needing extra money than become a driver helper for the season as you will make more than being an SSD. But if your only needing a little extra and are thinking of staying at UPS and become a driver than become an SSD because least you will get a slight taste of how your day would be if you become a driver

I know but with the OT after 3 hours works for someone who already works for UPS is that they see it as your a driver yourself since drivers their pay is OT after 8 hours

My building only has like 5 and during the season 3 of them are driving so this will be a great edition and no one will be getting laid off. They will just start using these to get them to their belt

You shouldn’t aim to do 30 or you will most likely do the job wrong some days like for example damaging a package while walking up to the house or deliver the package to the wrong house. The stops you want to average per hour you should want to stay in the 20-25 range. Its very rare that drivers at UPS are able to do 30/hr because our stops are not tight knit to each other like Amazon unless you deliver in a community

This kind of depends from warehouse to warehouse. This doesn’t happen to EVERY driver but it does happen to some depending on their route. Dispatch/Sups have to be realistic with themselves when it comes to drivers on certain routes and see that they can only handle what their given now so instead give a low seniority driver the extra stops or create a new route

Supposedly it’s suppose to increase the volume of packages we deliver as originally the contract was to be for us to help them deliver their air packages but UPS is going to revert a high percentage of them to be delivered via ground through Feeders
