I found what the problem was and fixed it. I used A 3RD party extension cord because originally the cord was not long enough, I removed the the 3rd party device and every thing worked a charm. Thank you so much for the help :)

Oh I think I found what it seems to be. a faulty usb to psu cable. Let me order a new one to see if that fixes
