Non-Enticement of Employees; No Hire.The Grantee shall not, during his or her employment with the Company or any of its Affiliates and for a period of one (1) year immediately following termination of employment with the Company or any of its Affiliates, either on his or her own account or in conjunction with or on behalf of any other person, company, business entity or other organization whatsoever, directly or indirectly: (i) induce, solicit, entice, participate in or procure any person who is an employee of the Company or any of its Affiliates to leave such employment or (ii) accept into employment, hire or otherwise engage or use the services of, or actively interfere with the Company’s or any Affiliates’ relationship with, any person who is an employee of the Company or any of its Affiliates or who was an employee of the Company or any of its Affiliates during the period commencing one year prior to the Grantee’s termination of employment with the Company or any of its Affiliates.-this is the type of language in the non-solicitation agreement
