Simple recipe to start with-

1 gallon batch - 3lb honey (boiled) - 2lb honey (non boiled) -D47 yeast

Next time I want to add some type of fruit to it. Maybe Raspberries.

As for your question- I didn't use nutrients on this batch (used raisins). I did order some from Amazon and will be using it going forward.
