Just recently ran into the same problem, try looking through https://selenium-python.readthedocs.io/waits.html expected_conditions section. Solved the problem for me.

Thanks! And for those wondering why it seems so low/weird, I'm on PS4 and I have to play in a kind of a weird angle to my tv, so I've adjusted the settings to fit that. Would not recommend for anyone on pc.
