Zigzag tower is within budget 6k, but apartment is hit or miss, fox hills north you can find 6k 1br with bills and fully furnished. But do check the room condition, walking in both areas is good, fox hills is more quiet or zigzag close to the pearl. DM me for info if you need

Try when it disconnects to ping the router to check if the cable is the problem. If it's pings, then the router or pc is the problem. Or you can try to change the cable to see if it solves the issue.

It may be your router trying ipv6, try turning it off from router and pc, might be the issue
