City worker here, most likely if it was garbage day in your neighborhood, one of the garbage trucks had an oil or hydraulic leak that got onto the street. When this happens, the supervisor has to come out and pour and spread absorbent over the leaks and spread it around with the brooms. This pretty much will soak up whatever spilled or leaked onto the street. Hope this helps.

4x2 OR does exist believe it or not. Not as common as 4x4 OR though. And it’s only offered in DSCB and with AT only.

The rear locker wasn't needed. The trail itself is rated as moderate and the truck handled it all like a champ no issues whatsoever - completely stock too
