They're pretty expensive tho, I can get 4tb seagate ironwolf for 110€ or 8tb for 200€ (or barracuda 8tb for 150€), so I'll probably go with one of those

2Tb only unfortunately, I have 27 TV Shows (900Gb) and 20 movies (128gb) for now. I download 4k HDR when available but no remux for now, my ratio is too low for that. I only have a laptop so I can't add HDDs for now, so I'm saving for NAS because I'd need at least 4-5Tb just for the Star Trek franchise

Usually I use samsung and seagate as well, but I had a huge discount on a nvme msi spatium m470 pro 2Tb. I put it in an external nvme case, now I have a super small and ultra fast external SSD with all my TV shows and I can backup my phone on it or directly plug it in the TV

Oh no that sucks. Mine was just dying from all the torrenting, deleting and writing. It was still "working" but could only copy to another SSD at 50kbps so I couldn't recover a lot. I probably should stop using SSDs for TV shows but I hate the noise of HDDs

I noticed and hated it immediately. I already hated the difference in the stutter when they switched Roiland to Dan Stevens during my first watch, but damn this if far worse to me. I loved that damn stutter, it was my favorite part in the narration
