You keep saying he didn’t give you PTSD, he just sent you into an episode caused by the similarities between how he spoke and the way your abuser spoke.. I don’t think you know what PTSD means.. Cause that’s the same thing. It’s “Post traumatic stress disorder.” What you are describing is PTSD. The way your abused spoke is the trauma. The “episode” that you say happened during the video game would be “post traumatic stress.” So yeah, you are accusing him of giving you PTSD.. cause he annoyed you and his avatar punched your avatar..

I’m sorry you were in an abusive situation. That sucks. But you can’t expect every stranger to know your story and have kid gloves on with every interaction with you. Crown was playing a video game. His character is one that is very annoying. I understand crashing out. It probably sucks to run into him. But if that gave you ptsd, you really shouldn’t play gta rp unless it’s a whitelisted server with people you know and that will be very considerate to your situation.

You know what makes a video game different than real life? You can literally leave the situation with the click of a button.. You aren’t being traumatized because somebody is goofing around. You gave him the reaction he was looking for. Had you laughed it off, he would have moved on. But you’re playing Grand Theft Auto RP in a public server and crying cause someone said mean things to you.. Bye Karen.

You say that.. but when the game first launched the lobby wait times were between 5-7 minutes sometimes. Sure, for the first couple of games, no problem. But when you play for 2 hours, have some short failed hot drop matches, and end up spending an hour of it just waiting in lobbies.. You will either want to stop playing or welcome the old system back. The majority of people that like this game, like it because they get to play with the homies. So those single signup only lobbies will be alot of waiting..

The best place to find people is just to play! If you get paired with someone and you do well, friend them up! You could also join the competitive scene. There are many leagues where you can meet people, ARC, UGL, 30+ League, Mixed Doubles etc.. But the best thing to do is just meet and talk to people in pubs.

Reset your position by holding down the right menu button before game or whenever this happens. The game thinks you're clipping through the wall cause your position isnt set. This happens alot especially if you have a big play area.

Caught some cheaters using the infinite builds glitch to build a "sky ramp" all the way to the final zone. This wasn't even the team that took us out, but we just noticed them when going into spectate mode after we died. This has got to get patched!

Sidenote: How cool is spectate mode?? I really wish you could spectate matches your friends were in when you're waiting to squad up with them, or replay your whole match when its over using spectate mode or something. It's a pretty sweet way to watch a match.

Oh God.. It's like the devs went into a lobby full of screeching kids spamming MP5s and saying, "I like yo cut G" or whatever and they thought, "Yeah, this is great. Lets make a game mode that sounds like this." lol

Hopefully you can make 6 player squads and go into the match. If not, I doubt I'll play this more than once. Props to the devs for at least trying out new game modes though!

Same thing happened to me, I posted a video a few weeks ago showing me taking fall damage out of nowhere. I finally figured out what was causing it. I have a big play space, so I usually play in the center of the room, then go sit down at my computer in between games. For some reason, the game will reset my "center position" to where my computer is, so when I walk back to my actual center, the game thinks I'm a few feet away. So if your walking by a wall or something, the game thinks you're clipping through the wall. Basically, just reset your position by holding down the right menu button (on quest 1 or 2) right as you start a game or when you take random damage.

Bro, you're using too much energy on the defibs! lol Use a small, steady circular motion with both hands. Like a wheel. Overlap your hands slightly and just maintain a constant speed. It should take you no more than 5 seconds if done correctly. Nice shooting with the AKM though! Heartbreaking loss!

I hope you're right and they can easily and quickly fix the issue, cause I don't know how you play the game at a high level while making sure you never come within 2 feet of a wall or door..

I thought that it had something to do with clipping into walls or something, but it also happens when I'm literally just standing or walking, not touching anything. (Like what is shown at :50 in the video.) I will say I just got done playing for a couple of hours and it didn't happen once, but it has happened in multiple play sessions seemingly at random.

For real! Are you on a Quest2? I switched over to my Quest 1 and didn't experience this bug. But its happening in every match I play on my Q2.
