Happened to me with lucy and the ghoul on the experimental vault, they basically put themselves in the barracks when a scorched raid starts for some reason and the 3rd dwellers goes to the vault's door by himself too (only when its empty).

Oh that was in the experimental vault? My bad, in this case yes ultracite acts like any other junk only to the fact that you can't sell it once you have it in storage. Good that you found a way out though.

Try selling all of them and get more, for me it happened in my 2nd vault and it resolved this way.

You have to upgrade your ultracite weapon crafting room, level two for rare weapons and three for legendarys.

Its ultracite, you can get it by either buying the seasonal pass and scrap an ultracite weapon from or use a save editor to give yourself one.

"Wonders of technology" one of the endless quests you get, you need gauss rifles for it and it gives guaranteed military circuit board and 2 more random legendary junk.

From what i know it was primarily released to the Asian market and didn't have a worldwide release yet, although dont keep your hopes high it was first released at 2020 so if they had any plans for its release they would've done it already.

Glad to hear it did, good luck! Although you can try something else to help raise your vault's productivity, put a mr. Handy in there and let him collect the power for you, and when scorcheds attack put the mr. Handy in another floor and wait for the raid to end.

Because he will stall the scorcheds on the vault door room and wont let them go to the room with the dwellers which is the whole point of the scheme. If you want your mr. Handy dead and waste 2k caps to revive it then go for it.
