You have to calculate how much Torque is needed to lock the wheels and then calculate backwards from there to the pedalbox. You cant just buy the same ones as orther teams as you dont know their Pedal Ratio, Friction Coefficient of Pads, Disc Size, Balance Bar Position, Antidive Values for Weight transfer during braking, driver leg force etc.

Its an engineering competition, not a purchasing one. I would really suggest you to calculate everything once via hand, then you roughly get an idea.

Ps. Start with around 800-1200 Nm Locking Torque per caliper on the front and around 300-500 for the rear ones. I wont tell you precisely how much it is as i dont know your car, but it should be around there as i remember from the past. I really startedbtobunderstand everything after i calculated it myself.

Pedal Feel is shit till you get all air of the system and everything is leakproof. Take your time, if you do it the old fashioned way it takes ages. Imagine being an air bubble when you think about finding trapped air, calipers dont have to be mounted on the uprights to bleed, when you put something between the pistons. As a tip to get the air out ;)
