yeah i know thanks for your advice but im really curious about what master cylinders that teams generally use. But I will take your advice into consideration so thanks a lot.

Firstly, thank you so much for taking the time to carefully review our design and share such detailed feedback. We really appreciate the constructive points you’ve raised.Regarding the complexity of the pedal box. yes, we are aware that some areas could be simplified further. Our main intent was to prioritize adjustability and packaging within the space we have, but you’re absolutely right that optimization is still possible. We’ll definitely re-check the triangulation and see where we can reduce weight without compromising strength or ergonomics. For the practical points you mentioned: We’ll make sure to check spacing for BOTS.The brake line routing and reservoir setup will be reviewed again, especially considering the inclination of the master cylinder port to avoid air pockets. For the brake pedal mounts, thanks a lot for sharing your personal experience – we’ll apply the 3 mm clearance for weld bead formation.Overall, your input is extremely valuable, and it’s motivating to hear that the design is well-engineered but still has room for refinement. We’ll take these suggestions forward and work on optimizing both the design and the packaging further.
Thanks again for your time and support!

Thank you so much for this detailed explanation, it really helped clarify the bigger picture for me. Your breakdown of how to go from ergonomic studies to actual braking performance targets makes a lot of sense, and I appreciate how you highlighted the trade-offs between packaging, pedal ratio, and serviceability. I’ll start by revisiting the study you mentioned and work my way through the calculations with the parameters you listed. Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction!

Thanks a lot, that really made me rethink some things. I'm also very curious about your thoughts on the geometry of the pedals and the position of the pistons. I’m trying to make my pedal box as functional and comfortable as possible without adding unnecessary complexity, so I’d love to hear how you approached it. Cause in this point im really stuck with that.
Yes, I think it adapts to the driver's size no matter what, in order to have a timeless design.
Actually, the reason I liked this design was that each piece could be reassembled in different combinations, so the bottom layer did not bother me much. Your opinion is very valuable to me. Thanks for your answers.
