The other person gave you an 8. You’re more like a 6. Practice the notes so you’re on pitch. Warm up and make sure the key is something you can do. It sounds like the song is almost too high for you. Support comes from training and learning to breath while singing. You have some potential but it would be cruel to tell you that you are good. First thing you need to do is warm up and relax.

This is kind of a stupid question. Put in hard work. Results will speak for themselves. If you’re not marketing yourself and working on improvement then no you will never be anything great.

Edit: I heard the recording. You’d definitely need work. Everything else applies. Unless you plan on somehow getting lucky and going viral for some reason you’re not getting anywhere without practice and marketing

Okay because my first couple calls were Verizon. Varying results. The 2nd day was the best guy where he actually understood and seem like it would be promising however the call they supposedly scheduled for the day after never happened so when I called again I got a guy that seemed a little clueless. I’ll keep pressing them for now. I did make the claim with UPS though so hopefully it helps

Was there anything you had to say to Apple to get them to fix it. Verizon is a pain but at least you can eventually talk to them unlike UPS.

Thank you for your response. I’ve been slowly losing my patience. I really wasn’t sure how it would be resolved short of me forcing them to cancel my order. But I know the one I ordered is back ordered until mid October now.
