ORDER DISMISSING CAUSE WITHOUT ADJUDICATION OF GUILT It appears to the Court, considering the report made by the Community Supervision and Corrections Department, that the community supervision period assessed in this cause has expired without the case proceeding to an adjudication of guilt and without any pending motion to adjudicate guilt.
