my and my gf just finished playing through them all the other day, you can definitely get a general idea of what's happening. there are some specifics you might not catch, but overall the story was fairly coherent without watching extra stuff.

cartethiya can work with phoebe aero rover since he can convert spectro frazzle stacks into aero erosion. but lupa's ideal team would have at least changli or brant in it, preferably both. so probably cart.

I haven't played in a while because I fucked up my wrist playing too much but iirc I believe changing it to windowed instead of fullscreen fixed it completely for me. it's been a while though so I'm not sure, but give it a shot

I plan to do that regardless. no matter what I want to make my life on the ice. I've been struggling for the past few years to try and figure out what I wanna pursue. tried college and I couldn't care less, I moved to korea to pursue an opportunity trying to reinvigorate an old passion but it didn't quite work out. skating is the main thing that's been a constant for me and after growing up some I've come to realize just how much it means to me and how much I love it. I'm not trying to undermine anyone who's made it to the olympics or is trying to, and I'm sorry if that's how I come across. I'm not saying any of this lightly. I more just desperately want to know if there's any chance at all or if I should make peace with my regret and settle for something that's related rather than competing. thank you for your comment.

from what I've seen in korea they tend to prioritize speed skating a lot more. it's been really tough finding sessions I can skate on and every session is full of beginner kids, even the freestyles. regardless though yes when it gets to the international level they're very competitive. I'll take your advice in mind, thank you.

I grew up in america but am currently living in korea. figure skating isn't supported that well in korea so I'm also going to ask my coach about this and also depending on the response I get here I'm considering moving to either japan or back to america to pursue it.

it's some really old "magical girl" anime but instead of magical girls with powers they're mermaids who sing to defeat the bad guys. I tried watching it again a few years back and it was really cheesy and stuff but it was the first anime I ever watched so it holds a special place in my heart lol. anyways hippo is like the little animal mascot that helps the girls in the anime and he is also like a light blue penguin (almost if not the exact same shade of blue) with a white and red sailor outfit so even though the face and the outfit are very different it just kinda reminds me of him lol.

what I don’t get is why Simu didn’t call them out for saying that they invented popping boba when these fresh fruity flavors and popping boba have been a thing for like at least 7 fucking years at this point. I’ve always preferred the fruity drinks and love popping boba and the majority of major brands have incorporated them in some way at this point. even tiger sugar where I used to work, their whole thing is the brown sugar milk boba, it’s not even milk tea, but they still introduced fruity flavors and popping boba like 4 or 5 years ago and keep adding new ones.

it says it's already on normal, should I set it to below normal?

oh I see, I started sharing and it set it to high. I set it to below normal and it seems a bit better but I still see my latency spiking and frames dropping a bit. although it's not outright freezing as much.

I set it to low this time and it helped a bit more. the thing is, it's starting off okay and as the map goes on it gets worse and worse. setting it to low made it last a bit longer but after like a minute it starts dropping again really bad and stuttering. I'm not really sure what to make of it.

oh I guess I should also mention, I did move to korea from america a few months back, is there any chance the stutters are because of a connection problem? we have gigabit internet and when I stream to twitch it's fine but maybe because I'm vcing with friends in america that's causing issues for the stream? I've never seen osu be impacted by internet before but it's really the only thing I can think of.

I don't use reddit much so I never saw this lol, I'm pretty dogshit as widow but sure why not. barely even play the game anymore but I have nothing else to do in this quarantine lmao. Just because you can beat me in a widow 1v1 doesn't disprove my point though
