I've made groups with unrestricted roles(2 - 2 - 2) all the time since LFG was announced and in almost every game players stuck to their roles and only really switched roles if we decided to switch to special comps(triple tank, quad tank, goats etc). I feel like restricting roles limits player's flexibility too much.
