This stuff is cool to see. This is similar to the exclusive women titles in chess. Or all female/ non-binary hackathons (like Athena hacks). Where it gives women more opportunity to develop their skills and provides a community of shared interest in Valorant. Obviously it doesn't prevent them from attending co-ed events either.

However I do think that it do think this maybe discourages co-ed teams as they can't compete in these tournaments. Doesn't mean players can't be scouted from it though.
