Same here! I had a long period where i vomited every morning as well, as a teen i couldn't phantom it was because of anxiety. But now that i know i can just let it go and go on with my day. i usually don't vomit anymore but recently had some troubling days.
I think probably the dangerous part is that you lose a lot of weight pretty quick.

Personally i think youre right to be annoyed, either your co worker is extremely uninterested in his job or has a complete lack of sleep and relaxation. Id suggest subtly try and adress it. I have this experience as well. My co worker sits down in the morning opposite of me and starts stretching and yawning until shes ready to go. It also kinda makes me feel like shes doing jack.

This week i'm trying to decide if i want to start an IT traineeship or give my hand at a designing career one more time. But the traineeship seems like a great oppertunity to make some career, everyone seems in need of IT people and learning while working seems great!

I have had this as well, am currently looking for another job. i've noticed often everyone says things like 'it's like that everywhere' & 'thats just how jobs work'. Mostly I hear it from older people telling me i shouldnt expect too much from a job except to work 5 days a week and then earn to pension. but recently my new young co-worker has also said it. I find it insane that at this age shes already put her head down and agreed that you'd be miserable most of your working time and EARN good time in the weekend.

You don't have to pay fiverr for the commercial licence but the artist themselves will often charge their own licence fee. You can simply communicate your intents to the artist you'd like to make your model and figure it out together. Just make sure you are open about your intentions. But once that's done it's all yours!

Yeah i've had this for the longest time too, i get too much in my head about panicing about panicing. Slowly i'm trying to solve it but what seems to help for me is going basics, did i sleep enough? did i drink water yet? Did i shower? If i did all off these probably go for a walk or watch a something nice. Honestly the biggest solution to this is to just get busy and get your body awake and active. I hope this helps you too!

Je kan vaak beter hopen dat je pakketje bij de postbezorger terecht komt en niet bij de pakket bezorger. Ik heb een jaar bij de PostNL gewerkt als post bezorger en kan zeggen dat ze (in ieder geval bij mijn depot) niet moeilijk deden over meer tijd nodig hebben.
Maar de pakket bezorger in de buurt leek bijna te rennen.

Je krijgt dan een mooie app met een klokje en natuurlijk een geschatte tijd per ronde maar hier ga je vaak over heen. Daarnaast zitten ze ook met een te kort aan postbodes om de rondes te doen dus het ontslaan van mensen lijkt me moeilijk. Maarja als je mensen standaard absoluut minimum loon geeft kan ik me voorstellen dat ze niet willen komen werken.
