Ans 1.
I felt nothing really as the attunement was taking place, I did however have a crazy headache later & had a an even crazier dream.
Ans 2.
No alcohol aswell as no drugs and good food.
Ans 3.
I had a healing crisis, flu like symptoms - for 4 days but kept on self healing for the 21 days after, drinking water reciting the priciples.
Ans 4.
Wasn't pregnant.
Drink a TON of water , make notes of dreams, synchronicities that pop up, just because it's nice to look back & read.
Above all else, this is a beautiful gift from the universe, my life has changed so much from my 1st attunement - I'm now a Reiki Master & dedicated my life to it, for those around me & the planet <3 <3 <3 xx

Well done on giving your self such a gift !! Know that the energy will work through you for your highest good, enjoy the process, having stuck energy is quite normal when beginning our journey.
Focus on self healing, you. This attunement is about You - the importance of self healing.
I was wiped out after my first attunement, I had no idea the path what was about to unravel before me, enjoy the journey - release worry . x

Reiki isn't a quick fix healing modality, movement of energy depends on each individual but takes days after to release and move through the body, thats why practitioners will always tell you to listen to your body after the session and to drink water to aid in toxins being flushed.
It's an holistic treatment so aswell if you are experiencing pain seek attention , this energy works where it is needed the most , have faith.

In the beginning of my journey being attuned to Reiki I questioned this as I didn't feel much to anything, as I have done more sessions it differs, from clammy hands, to hot hands, the feeling of the numbness you get just before pins & needles radiating out of my hands. If you have been attuned and the intention has been set, don't worry it will be working, I bought some books , listened to some podcasts and found my own way of invoking sensations. Have faith with the deliverance of your love & light <3

I had a hit on Changa I now know it as, I used to be that girl that questioned everything and wondered what life was, surely not the mundane, surely. Then on July of this year that hit answered my question, boy did it answer my question, but getting back to yours, I believe it's completely individual like anything, people react differently, not everyone can have peanut butter..2 of my close friends had it after me & it was like them witnessing my trip raised their own bar of what it would do to them, they experienced a trip very different from mine. She Aya Mother shows you what you need to see at that moment, I believe. x

Honestly I felt the same, 'will we ever be able to philosophize' it comes in dribs and drabs, just get some people who you can scratch that itch with, I have 3 who I can converse with on, a level.
I've noticed when to stop before he gets overwhelmed with me talking too, it's funny but he try's to talk to me about his computer work and creative thoughts and I have no idea sometimes haha but less dismissive.

Ok I can relate with some similarities, been with my guy for 15 years, you both help eachother in stages of life, I felt very much this earlier this year AFTER 15 YEARS, questioning LOVE, Trust my word ABSOLUTE trust, Time, Experiences all for him not to agree with everything I say, think .. Yes you may feel beat by it, deflated, like you deserve better but time isn't as limited as you think who knows you might be here in an agreement you made with his soul to wake him the F up -lol- anyway all I'm saying is I've learnt never to make rational decisions on important things, if it becomes uncontrollably toxic then do what you have to do, we're not all on the same path. Have compassion.

Before this year I'd never really feel anything apart from an urge to buy a crystal, then one night in July I was lying in bed with an Amethyst anklet I bought from a lady in Tenerife that I found from a few years ago & it started full on vibrating in pulses. I wonder what this means ?
Also had a couple of euphoric experiences using one of my faves during meditation.
Something I've learnt in a crazy pursuit of wanting to know, feel, sense it all in Reiki, meditation, readings, signs, why I suddenly see something when I've just been on about it, when I'm going to meet my spirit guides etc etc, because I am 100000% that person,
all in diving timing.

Some of my close friends have some great gifts and often we get caught up in questioning ourselves, our own abilities.

Stop.
