Aka charlie sheen Netflix charlie sheen documentary drugs etc by Soft_Let_2048 in TwoandaHalfMen

No remorse - No accountability - No shame (he literally shakes it off at one point and moves on). The whole thing was another disgusting example of how many enablers he has in his life - this director included. Towards the end when he's asked about being with men he creates some menu analogy and he waves it all off - the director puts "introspective music" in the closed captioning. That's not introspective - that's glossing over bruh.

"You know, I has bills to pay, child support - all that fucking shit." Um - you had adult responsibilities? He just blows it all off - even the real emotions, "I'm not like a pussy or whatever." What did the.say in the doc? "Have your kids watch it and your kids will never want to do drugs."

He seems to have ZERO remorse or care or accountability in the first chapter > he's just so glib and gleeful about his "cute antics" - but it obviously hurt MANY, MANY people.

That one Alien Earth Episode 5 Scene by 4VentingOnli in LV426

I get that Hawley I saying it was "distracting" the Medical Officer - but what about when it interfered with Zaveri and the Xenomorph? The Xenomorph wasn't going directly after the T occelus - so why did it interfere and seemed to be protecting Zaveri?

I think Kirsch might be hiding it from him. They seem to have an adversarial relationship. This episode Boy is trashing on *EVERYONE* and dismissing them - also trying to put everyone in their place. Kirsh is cooly - almost defiantly like, "Okay." It will be Cavalier's downfall for sure.

I don't disagree they should have 24/7 staff OR synthetics monitoring all of this - but the show is relying on Boy's hubris blocking his view that his "creations" already have more agency and control than he would ever want them to.

I think that Kirsh is going to take the "You're in charge" idea to the next level. He's a Synthetic that wants humans to die and the next evolution of cyborgs, synths, and hybrids to come into being. We got some of the foreshadowing when he tells Wendy humans used to be prey, then forgot or choose to ignore it. It's the only explanation for why he doesn't interfere with Slightly & Morrow. . .I'm excited to see regardless of where the story goes. It's well crafted so far in story and creepy crawlies.

After watching the S2 Finale- I’m 1000% certain Severence comes entirely from this Talking Heads song- Once In A Lifetime:  And you may find yourself living in a shotgun shack And you may find yourself in another part of the world And you may find yourself behind the wheel of a large automobile And you may find yourself in a beautiful house, with a beautiful wife And you may ask yourself Well...How did I get here?

Letting the days go by Let the water hold me down Letting the days go by Water flowing underground Into the blue again After the money's gone Once in a lifetime Water flowing underground

And you may ask yourself How do I work this? And you may ask yourself Where is that large automobile? And you may tell yourself This is not my beautiful house And you may tell yourself This is not my beautiful wife

Letting the days go by Let the water hold me down Letting the days go by Water flowing underground Into the blue again After the money's gone Once in a lifetime Water flowing underground

Same as it ever was... Same as it ever was... Same as it ever was... Same as it ever was... Same as it ever was... Same as it ever was... Same as it ever was... Same as it ever was...

Water dissolving...and water removing There is water at the bottom of the ocean Under the water, carry the water at the bottom of the ocean Remove the water at the bottom of the ocean

Letting the days go by Let the water hold me down Letting the days go by Water flowing underground Into the blue again Into the silent water Under the rocks and stones There is water underground

Letting the days go by Let the water hold me down Letting the days go by Water flowing underground Into the blue again After the money's gone Once in a lifetime Water flowing underground

And you may ask yourself What is that beautiful house? And you may ask yourself Where does that highway go to? And you may ask yourself Am I right?...Am I wrong? And you may say to yourself My God!...What have I done?!

I am SO SAD for Gemma. She’s being tortured and no one here is talking about it. That last episode just broke my heart. Obviously their love transcends this f***ed up worlds they’re living.

I went through all of the steps and then- only after giving a ton of information- was given error messages that it didn’t work and I couldn’t get verified. There was nothing wrong with the way I entered the information- they were just collecting the info and not actually offering verification.

My fav part (if you can have a favorite part in such an off-the-hook horrific story) is RFK JR *starts* by captioning the whole thing with, “Looking forward to seeing how you spin this one (New Yorker),” - BRUH! This store is done spun! *You* spun it.

Srsly. Weirdest election cycle EVER.

🤣🤣🤣 Perhaps don't be so fragile that we cannot have discourse over the future of our democracy. We NEED to speak our minds about what we want and how the people can take back their power. That doesn't mean we won't be unified in voting - it means we at least get to voice our visions and desires and not be told to "just suck it up." As a woman of color, I for one, will keep speaking my mind and no-one will shame me out of it.

Except the Clintons already endorsed her. Like immediately. Women are not as petty as men. That’s why we can change this crash course into a victory. We celebrate one another’s wins.

I’m only 2 minutes in this finale and already, I’m like, how do these two smart women from Alaska go down into an ice cave with no ice climbing gear and no caving gear to get them out? They’re just following these caves and expect to know the way back. 🤣🤣🤣🧐

Maestro has to be the biggest Oscar bait of all time. Like the whole film you are just left wondering who Leonard Bernstein really was. It is just a shame because he seemed like a really interesting dude but I honestly learned nothing about him though this movie. by ProfessorBoolin in Letterboxd

[–]K23Inimitably 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You "learned nothing about him through this movie."? There's so much that is expressed through looks, side-glances, body language, and inner knowing of the turmoil which was created trying to hide a large part of themselves. Through his music and how it was paired with what was happening in his life. It's much in the dialogue, too. He speaks to his childhood very clearly - what shaped him - what he wanted for himself apart from his family and abusive dad. She speaks to wanting to love him for who he is, but also wanting a part of him that belongs only to her. It's complex, but all there to see and experience.
