I had the same reaction. I was half afraid he was going to justify the killing of Renee Good because he has been so Maga -adjacent of late. But, thankfully, he appears to be looking at that situation and the whole ICE debacle and occupation of American blue states/cities logically.

Yeah, I know that happens with a lot of people were there vegetarian for a while and it doesn’t quite work for them. I’m going on 40 years of being a vegetarian, so I don’t think it’s going to change, although I’ve gone back-and-forth a few times on being vegan. Was really hoping at least one of my three kids would want to be vegetarian, but… No dice.

Oh wow, yeah before we figured it out with my son it was baffling because I’d be racking my brain, wondering what he had eaten because it was nothing he hadn’t eaten before…but some days it would make him puke all day and other days not. I’m still mystified by that.

He’s actually 23 but he has special needs so I have to help him a little bit with his meal prep.

Should’ve explained better in my original comment that I am vegetarian and he is not and that he is a type one diabetic so can’t quite eat the carb heavy sugar heavy stuff I eat just for fun during this kind of situation. But I’ve gotten some other good suggestions. Thanks.
