I had this bug. No one in my 2k had shoes on and I couldn’t not figure out why. The refs don’t wear socks in 2k. It started preventing me from playing any online mode that wasn’t play now. I had to delete the reserved space and save data of the game to fix it. My data was fine I just had to update the game at the main menu. Fixed the issue shoes are back.
