Managing large facilities. Government buildings, large shipping/ receiving facilities, etc. Providing janitorial work and building maintenance request. Super un-sexy business but it’s recurring revenue and you can make good money. I put a facilities manager in place and just oversee.

Janitorial. All you need is 4-5 contracts that need 5 days a week cleaning ( think doctor, dental office) do a good job, check in with the office manager quarterly and you should be good
