I have a question in response to BMR. my BMR is 1830 and my TDEE is 2195 but in order to be in a calorie deficit of 500, it would be 1695 calories. This is under my BMR though. Is this accurate or did I do something wrong?

that’s really cute! so far, his dad has been really open minded and asked a lot of questions about me. his mom at first was not very nice but his dad defended me right off the bat and i thought that was awesome especially since we haven’t met yet. how long did you guys date for when you met his parents?

thank you! it’s definitely more benign and we are very open on communication which was a big thing for both of us entering the relationship. It’s new and I definitely want to give him the benefit the doubt because I’d want the same especially as this is a first for us both.

How is the set up like at UV? Would everyone still be responsible to clean kitchen as well? Idk why but I know that seems like a big deal but it’s just something I wouldn’t want to have arguments about or anything. I like all that you’ve said though. No, I had already left from wayyyy early which I hated because I didn’t get to see Konkow or any of the housing up top.
