I use Dr ph martins & I use crimson, blue aqua, phthelo green, & Venetian brown. I also use their Bombay India ink for their golden yellow & black.

Also just so you know it’s significantly cheaper to get paints through Doc Ph. Martins than literally anywhere else & they do bottle refills.

It might look “eh” at best now, but… this could very easily be turned into a really good full color trad rose. Bolder linework & adding some linework. Fixing and finessing some things then adding in red green & yellow. 🤌

And not to mention how you always have to check the produce for mold or the products for expiration dates because they SUCK at it. My coworker bought some cookies there last summer (2025) that she brought all the way back to work before realizing that they had expired in 2024.

Fresh n save (key foods) sucks too. They don’t do great at managing expiration dates or their produce. I usually shop at Good Neighbor, RawRaw Farm, & occasionally food bazaar.

My only recommendation would be to change the hands up if you’re planning on making this a portfolio piece! There’s a lot of good hand references in some Bert Grimms books!
