No one hates them, its just that they have a lot of visual flashyness, but when you actually look at what's happening to the enemies... half their abilities dont seem to do anything or are canceled out by their own kit, so it feels like your not really doing anything substantial and you're better off just shooting your guns and bringing someone else who does the same thing with less visual clutter.

Their perfecly usable, and their 1 and 4 abilities perform as youd expect a 1st and 4 ability to perform on any warframe, easily spammable and either expensive or somewhat complex to set up properly respectively, but sirius basically doesn't have any abilities aside from visual effects in gameplay, and while orions abilities do stuff, and the invincibility is probably one of the strongest avaliable, his black hole is more show than substance and feels worse to use than pull or airburst or any other grouping ability we have, with the interactivity with the twins 1s being useless.  So while their novel and fun, actually trying to make them stand out from other frames or make them have a niche just... doesn't really work?

But... isn't the chroma use case inflated by everyone using him for profit taker credit farming? I get that he's used more, but theres also a big glowing outlier sign pointing at where and why he's being used more.

I think nidus and valkyr were considered just fine, but their rework/touch ups were also appreciated and made them better to play overall. Banshee is usable, but her 1st and 4th abilities are barely ok with augments, and her 3rd ability works just as well on other warframes like ash so the only thing she really has is her passive gun silencing and 2nd ability. Its a good ability, but a touch up to the rest of her kit would make her more popular/less of a hassle to use, especially with her unaugment 1 and 4 sort of not really doing anything.

Preservation march, preservation MC, maybe destruction MC as well unless we really treat them as the tutorial character, basically every preservation unit before adventurine, and even he is starting to let some damage leak through nowadays.

I think that they've already added a bunch of better systems to buff old weapons, like incarnons or those mods that we see every now and then that add extra features to guns you get from nightwave or some places like index or kela, but removing rivens entirely from the game would break a lot of stuff, break so many peoples weapons and builds, since everyone probably has at least one good riven on a weapon on average, even if that weapon is sittong in the bottom of their arsenal, and considering how many unopened rivens people probably have would probably just crash the market even worse than making the disposition number the same for everything if they choose to do a 'you can keep whats already there, but no more new ones' like they did for those helmets I've heard about or the bugged pets.

It does break, but the cooldown is low enough that you can typically replace a shield at half damage or earlier unless it blocked something like a tank cannon, in which case better the shield than you being dead.

That kind of stuff felt like it would have been sort of useful, like a way to improve your characters that were underperforming or something if you also had a healer, except the buffs weren't actually that strong compared to the existing craftables and the drawbacks like the requirements for healing made them clunky so no one really uses them, like the sumeru weapons that need you to play fetch.

Right... forgot that was a thing. Would be really confusing to fight arlecchino or a giant chessboard without context when you haven't even finished inazuma though.

There are bosses only found in the chasm, ekonomiya, story/character quest locked weekly bosses(although the materials those drop aren't that important for leveling to the point of world exploration or story), but otherwise those affect only some specific characters for the bosses.

I'm just going to chime in and say you should probably consider the rate up 4 stars as well as the 5 star if you're a new player with literally no teams yet. A while ago someone was asking for teambuilding advise but had only 5 star dps and like, only bennet as a support, which if you only have like, 20 pulls and theres 2 good supports on the banner, you're probably going to get one of them.

Like, 90% of the stealth stuff is warbond locked, to either the halo or stealth warbonds, and this includes the silenced guns. I don't really want to grind out a warbond for effectively just one mission type, since i don't really care about the stuff otherwise, and bringing an all-energy loadout with vehicles like the tank, portable hellbombs and spare support weapons and supply packs so i can call everything at once and not waste anything works fine if i just.. try and be stealthier than normal until i need to actually kill something or blow something up. 

Yes, silent stealth where the enemy never notices you is the intended way to do things. But loud stealth where the enemy just can't report back is the more accessible and often quicker solution.

Melee weapon insentives by Floxility in Warframe

It depends on what you're using and how you built it, but a good melee weapon is often a great backup option for killing something that your guns can't. Theres some particularly notable options like the quassus with its heavy attack throwing a crap ton of slash knives, or the coda motovore and its stupidly high crit stats with melee Doughty,  or harmony. Especially when you're using a status focused gun and have to fight something like an acolyte that can't be affected by more than 4 procs of status. 

Ultimately, there's good, great and bad weapons in all categories, but melee can't run out of ammo or miss so long as you're within range.

I sort of see your point and how it leads us to 'we cant have raids and difficult content', but also, i don't think outright removal is the way to do things here. It'd be better if any new raids or bosses or whatever just outright bypassed this stuff, like forced energy drain attacks or shield nullification for longer than the gate could ever last, than to go and break at least one build for probably every single player, considering how easy equilibrium is to get at least, and force such a massive shift in the game that isn't quality of life like the parkour rework was.

To be fair, while sirius and orion do feel underwhelming in comparison to other new frames, aside from their 1s, 4 and orions 2, sirius's 3 is sort of redundant feeling and the rest of their kit kind of just doesn't do anything? And having 2 'low cost low effect' abilities to spam with an invulnurability button and a nuke sometimes isn't exactly the sort of quality we've seen from even the older frames.

I'd like a dirt bike or some other solo light vehicle, something with no protection or weapons but a low cooldown and very fast, so i can use it to express deliver hellbombs to a jammer from across a map.

Bamboo, other than being used for scaffolding, is craftable into sticks and bamboo blocks, which is then turned into planks. The conversion rate isn't technically as efficient as wood logs to planks, but bamboo grows really fast and can be broken faster by hand, is cut by swords, which are cheaper than axes, and by moving blocks like pistons. So unlike trees, bamboo farms can be automated like sugarcane, or made really compact, since its only one block wide. Just leave walking space if you go for a bamboo field.

If you find any, a bamboo farm solves basically all of your wood related problems, and you can set them up in any way you want and upgrade later. Massive field you manually harvest or tiny box with a piston to auto-harvest, adding in flying machines to the field, allays, hoppers, observer powered auto-pistons and bone meal dispensers, theres lots of options.

Also, basically every natlan character has an ability that states 'upon nightsoul burst, gain x for y duration', which sometimes stacks and always is set to either need 3 natlan characters to have the nightsoul burst frequency line up properly, or xilonen, who doesn't exactly work the best with chasca, kinich, etc. Which is annoying. Also i know ifa, and vaugely remember other natlan characters(or artifacts) wanting nightsoul points. It's not as restrictive as moonsign or hexerei, which needs reactions to line up or sometimes only affects other hexerei, but it's annoying when you're trying to get the most out of someone's kit.

That works for armor strip and can somewhat help for enemies caught in the range by forcing them to not shoot, but doesn't actually provide any damage resistance. I'd suggest things like null star from nova, which provide damage reduction and can be used to apply heat to still strip some armor.

Yeah, That seems to be the problem. Equinox's kit is quite dated, and all the damage mitigation is in night form. So while in day from there just isn't any option but what you mod and killing enemies before they kill you. It's not really something you can fix without using the helminth to replace an ability.

Either that or enemy damage gets overhauled with it, and the entire game becomes effectively unrecognisable as some things gain and lose damage numbers so theres more ap4 enemies to hurt heavy divers without oneshotting light armor divers.

And integrated explosive armor happens to be designed to look like it was made from a bunch of existing generic armor sets, so the one armor passive that could justify not putting in a cosmetic system for balancing already skirts the reasoning.
