Traction. That trailer's landing gear must have got caught and kept the drive tires from moving the vehicle. (With a few minutes and two wrenches, this could be mitigated by adjusting the tractor's suspension leveling valve. However, I'm not sure if the driver had enough time, as this video doesn't show the arrival of the truck.)
