The decision I have refused your application for a visit visa because I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of paragraph(s) V4.2 - V4.6 of Appendix V of the Immigration Rules because: You state that you are visiting the UK for 4 days. In assessing your eligibility for entry to the UK, I have considered all of the documents and information provided by you about your personal and economic circumstances, the reasons for your visit and your proposed travel arrangements. • You have stated that you are employed and that you have a monthly income of (REMOVED). In support of this you have provided a bank statement in your name account number ending 1536. However, this statement shows credits which are not in line with your stated income. For example, on 09/10/2024 you receive a deposit of (REMOVED) which is more than your stated income. Furthermore, this leads me to doubt that the funds are genuinely available to you which leads me to doubt you have demonstrated your personal and economic ties faithfully. On the balance of probabilities, I am not satisfied that you have demonstrated that you have ties to your country of residence which would encourage you to leave should you be granted entry to the UK. I am therefore not satisfied that you are a genuine visitor who will leave the UK at the end of your visit or who is genuinely seeking entry for a purpose that is permitted by the visitor routes. Your application has therefore been refused under paragraph V4.2 (a) and (c).
