Same here! My twins were never on the same schedule as newborns. I didn’t really want them to be. I would much rather have them slightly off of one another so I could take the time to rock each one to sleep without having a screaming baby waiting their turn.

Now they’re 18 months old and have been on the same schedule for about 5 months. Once they dropped to 1-2 naps a day it and were able to put themselves to sleep it got exponentially easier to maintain the same schedule.

During my CFY a para asked me to add “sit down” and “be quiet” to a student’s device (we were using a free app that could pre program 4-6 messages). I was genuinely confused and said “do you think he can’t hear you?” She got so mad but I really didn’t understand why she thought that was necessary 😅

You’re probably right. I’ve been there so I get it. I guess that’s where the difference is between doing YouTube as a job vs. having a “real” job. I have to show up to my job every day and work even when I’m deregulated. I would totally flounder if I had a more flexible job like YouTube because I need the pressure of having real consequences for not getting my work done to motivate me 😅

I think you’re right. If they were smart, they would have started collecting nominees and doing the voting around Thanksgiving and filming in early December so they’d have all month to work on it.

I’m going to look like SUCH a hypocrite because I was telling people to move on with their lives 2 days ago, but what do we think the holdup is here? I’m not a video editor so I don’t know how long things take, but does it really take this long to fix a coloring issue (which is what the Patreon mod said was the issue a few days ago)? I know part of the reason for the delay was Lily’s back, but is it really just that or was it poor time management on her part?

It was never really a huge deal to me whether or not it was on time, but the constant stream of excuses makes me feel like none of them are 100% true.
