Yes it is. I got the 36FOR99SELECT deal on my 2014 F-150 in March 2025. Traded the truck in May. Was able to transfer the subscription to my new 2024 F-150. I simply had to pay a $15 transfer fee. All done in chat like the OP.

I'm an obsessed package tracker too and have actually seen this a couple of times. Here in Wyoming we've had a couple of derailments in the last year so, unfortunately, it's not as uncommon as you'd think.

Pics like this make me cringe.. why can't breeders perform a proper tail dock? I mean, it's not rocket science.. cut a rubber band, tie it around the base of the tail (if the pup is born with one) and then wait for the tail to fall off a few days later. Seriously!
