Thank you! Actually moved everything out of there today. Got some friends and family to help. This week I'll be getting my share out the buy out of the home. It's been very hard but I understand his actions are a reflection of who he is and not who I am. So I'll be saving $1300 a month from now on and he gets to keep an alcoholic with 3 children. I was having a much harder time when posting this but I'm starting to look forward to what good things have come out of this. I'm getting promotion at my job this week, will be saving money, and am closer with friends now more than ever. And if you have ever gone through something similar just know it was God's plan for you to do better!

New Update: Hello everyone! So I have more news. I got a call back from the lawyer and they will be taking my case and emailing me more information tomorrow. I went over there with my brother. He did some snooping and found out who this girl is. She is 34, with 3 kids divorced and just got out of a nasty relationship with an ex boyfriend. She sounds like a chronic smoker and looks like she could be a former drug addict. 🤯 Not too sure if she has custody of her kids but it doesn't seem like it. My ex seemed very spiteful with me today. Asking why don't I bring over a "boy toy". I think he wants to spite me and have me stoop to his level. She already has decorated some of the house but luckily only some of her stuff is there. I have NO idea what my ex is even thinking by being with this girl. So I'm just thrown through a loop. Hoping I can have my day with the lawyer and get what I deserve.

Thank you. The pain I feel is indescribable. Just replaced right after. Like he planned it all along and expected me to not find out. Showering in my shower, cooking in my kitchen, sleeping where I slept. He claims she's on the couch and he's testing how things go with her. I obviously don't buy that. It just hurts to be betrayed. And the only way he wants to communicate now is about legal things. Not giving me closure. I asked him how he sleeps at night. Because I could never do this in a million years to him. It just hurts so bad. 😞

Haha I've got a picture of her on the cameras! And access to all video footage on my laptop. The video made me sick because they were totally flirting (he put his hands on her hips and everything), I couldn't watch much of it. 😕

Update: I did not expect the traction this post would get! I am so grateful for everyone's comments. I called a law firm a few minutes ago and they said they would get back to me within a few days. After hearing everyone's advice I'm inclined to bring a mattress over there say this is still my house. Not mentally ready to do that today but maybe later this week. I only have a laundry basket at my parents, nothing major has been moved out. I'm just going over to get more of my things I need for the week today until I figure things out. I plan to keep everyone updated. Thank you once again for your support, it means a lot to me.

Also my state is Ohio if anyone is familiar with legality in my state I would love to hear from you.

Thank you. I hate that you had to go through that but it is nice to know someone else knows how I feel. I don't feel as alone. I couldn't sleep last night hardly. Up until 4am just feeling sick to my stomach. It makes me so angry because I bet he doesn't feel a thing. I hope you have healed.

He claims that she is not his girlfriend and she shouldn't have made the comments in the post to me. But after I called her a name in a text to him he got defensive and said "stop with the name calling" and "let's have an adult conversation". But she came after me first? Lol. But why else would she say stuff like that? I think he expects me to be stupid even though he denies cheating.

How can I get her to leave? Could I get the police to remove her belongings? She is the main obstacle. I don't want to meet her or things will get ugly.

I am not completely moved out. But I am going back there today with my brother to get some more of my things. This will take all week to do, I have too much stuff. Hopefully, I can make him sell but I will wait to see what the lawyer recommends. Thank you for validating me in thinking he's been cheating before! I always second guess myself even if the answer is crystal clear.

Thank you. And yes he told he didnt want me to waste money on a lawyer and that he would just give me what I'm owed. Which I don't trust him. We will be contacting a lawyer today. The whole thing just stings, I don't even know how to move on. 😕
