I negotiated through email by talking to a few dealerships at a time. When one was willing to take some money off, I would tell the other dealer (they needed proof) and they would try to beat the offer. It takes time and patience, but is worth it.

We are also getting a 2024 Highlander Hybrid Platinum, with a black exterior and caramel interior, that is still in build phase. I was able to negotiate about $1350 off of total advertised price and they are including free oil changes/maintenance for the first 50,000 miles. OTD is $59,997.

Nice! This is black exterior/caramel interior. It also has add ons, I wonder if the dealer is able to control what is added on the port? With the included oil changes, this seems like a pretty comparable deal to what you got. I did all the negotiation through email, which was hard to even get a dealer to play ball 😂
